[ALMA science portal News] ngOT(web-based OT), Cyle14 capabillity. Band2 SV data release

There are two News items uploaded to ALMA Science Portal.

(1) Web-based OT for the Cycle 13 Call and Expected Capabilities for Cycle 14 https://almascience.nao.ac.jp/news/web-based-ot-for-cycle-13-call-and-expected-capabilities-during-cycle-14 This announcement includes: (i) the replacement of the desktop-based OT with the Web-based OT (ngOT), and (ii) the announcement of the expected capabilities for Cycle 14: The anticipated top-level capabilities, including the available observing hours and the configuration schedule, remain unchanged

(2) Release of ALMA Band 2 Science Verification Data and Announcement of Intent to Release Arp 220 Data https://almascience.nao.ac.jp/news/new-release-of-alma-science-verification-data-

This announcement includes the release of ALMA Band 2 Science Verification data for three targets:

• G31.41+0.31 (spectral scan)
• SPT 0027-50 (spectral scan)
• HR 5907 (full polarization) It also includes a pre-announcement of the upcoming release of data for Arp 220.
